The Link is a charitable organisation for the villagers of Limpley Stoke and Freshford. This car transport service serves the community where and when public transport is unavailable or inconvenient.
The Link has around thirty volunteer drivers who will take people not only for appointments to local hospitals , doctors and so on, but also for shopping and social visits to friends and relatives.
Transport can be arranged by ringing the Co-ordinator on 07714 169216. Normally 48 hours' notice is required and users of the service are expected to make a voluntary financial contribution towards the cost of their journey.
The village hall is available for bookings by contacting Barbara Osborne on 01225 867566. If you can't get hold of her please phone Carol Hyland on 07548 097388.
The hall is an ideal space – but with limited parking – for children’s parties, lecture courses, meetings, art or exercise classes.
New audio equipment has recently been installed with a larger, pull-down screen and a new projector.
The C10th St Mary's church is part of the United Parish of Freshford (St Peter's), Limpley Stoke (St Mary's) and Hinton Charterhouse (St John's).
For full details or services and events at any of these churches please see the web site: http://parisha36.weebly.com

We give children opportunities to follow their fascinations and discover their capabilities, by planning our learning journey with them.
Activities are designed around children’s individual needs and support their transition to school life. For children to have the confidence to explore and grow, they need to feel secure and know that their voice matters.
