Phased Closures of Lower Stoke and Woods Hill
January 2nd 2024 until May 24th 2024
Wales & West Utilities are carrying out a gas mains upgrade on Lower Stoke. The work began on 2nd January 2024 and phased closures will take place over a 5 month period until 24th May 2024. These works will undoubtedly lead to some disruption although access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible.
Phase 1: January 2nd to January 26th
Lower Stoke (B3108) between Winsley Hill and Woods Hill junctions
Phase 2: January 27th to March 8th
From Woods Hill junction to 7 Crowe Hill
Phase 3: March 9th to April 19th
From 7 Crowe Hill to junction with Cliffe Drive
Phase 4: April 22nd to May 24th
